I own a 2 bedroom house?

I found out today that I must list my home as a 2 bedroom house due to Abby's room not having a closet. That hurts our resale. I own a 1995 square foot, 2 bedroom house. I hope I get enough out of it to get the house Carmen wants (209,900), but I SERIOUSLY doubt we will now.
